Kass helped us decide what shade materials and styles to use in which place, where it made sense to invest in more upgraded materials and where it was fine to stick with more economical options. His quote came in significantly lower than a more well known company's. The installation process went smoothly. Will definitely seek Kass' assistance again in the future!

I had Kass come back to upgrade one of my window coverings to be blackout -  to avoid glare for the television and it was so easy and it looks amazing. I highly recommend this company!! I’ve been very satisfied with him two times over the last few years. Some of the other competitors were eager to come, but also very pushy. Covering Windows is not that way they are helpful without being pushy.

I originally went to a different vendor who quoted me an outrageous price. I went to Kass for a second opinion, and I am so glad that I trusted my gut and did so. He not only beat the competitor's price by half, but he was quick to come to my home for professional measurement, installation, and followed up to ensure we were happy with everything.  Verified Kass was a real pleasure to deal with.  He was honest, helpful and skilled.  He has stylish taste and recommended, not only beautiful material for my windows, but an interesting treatment as well.  Curtains and motorized shades are all working well after several months of constant motion.  His prices were the best around.  I highly recommend him.

 Verified Found and decided on Kass after discussing with three total vendors and seeing Kass's team's great reviews. He and his team deserve the 5 stars. Kass himself walked me through options and ideas efficiently and was pretty close to his estimated timeline for install (once vendor cut blinds and delivered to him, he was here next day to install). He and Carlos were in and out in 45 minutes for 15 windows and they look stellar. Measurements are near perfect! Kass was also quick to reply each time I called or emailed. The only recommendation to take this from a 5/5 star experience to a 6/5 star experience would be if Kass was slightly more proactive in his response times. He estimated 10 days to hear from his Vendor, I followed up on the 12th day, and he was quick to respond then schedule the install. For future blind installs I likely won't shop again I'll just go straight to Kass! Thanks again my friend looking forward to working with you again soon.

 Verified Kass is wonderful. He installed 11 indoor shutters and an automatic blind for our glass door. The products are wonderful and so is Kass. He is honest, on time, and professional.  Verified I had great experience with Covering Windows who just installed 3 sets of plantation shutters. Easy scheduling, no pressure quotes, great pricing, quick installation and to top it all - work was actually done in 8 weeks instead of 12 weeks stated in the contract.  Verified Kass and his crew are nothing short of amazing when it comes to window treatments. We used his services in 2019 when we built our home and still today when we have issues with anything pertaining to our shutters, Kass takes immediate action to remedy it. That is fantastic customer service. Kass and his service is the only service I would recommend when it comes to window treatments.  Verified About 5 years ago I moved into a new home.  Had tons of windows on three floors.  I was overwhelmed.  Kass of covering windows guided me through the whole process.  Shades were all installed on time by move in date.  One was delayed and he brought a temporary shade to use until the new one came in Fast forward 5 years and 2 of them broke ( so I thought).  I called Kass.  He ordered the parts he thought would be needed and came over to repair them.  I felt so embarrassed when he pointed out it was a simple loose screw.   He smiled and refused to charge me. So great service 5 years after my initial purchase

 Verified I shopped around with ~6 different companies for roller shades for our new house. We didn't want to go with cellular as it wouldn't really fit the mid-century modern look, and wanted something a little unique. Kass and Covering Windows ended up providing us the best quote, the best timeline, and the best communication. Others were telling us we couldn't get the shades we wanted in less than 6 weeks, and he got them in just 3 weeks over the holidays!! Not only that, after he briefly misquoted me, he quickly followed up to correct and covered the difference himself. Truly above and beyond service. Installation was also quick, and everything is working and looking great a few weeks later. Looking forward to working with him again soon.
