I had Kass come back to upgrade one of my window coverings to be blackout - to avoid glare for the television and it was so easy and it looks amazing. I highly recommend this company!! I’ve been very satisfied with him two times over the last few years. Some of the other competitors were eager to come, but also very pushy. Covering Windows is not that way they are helpful without being pushy.

I originally went to a different vendor who quoted me an outrageous price. I went to Kass for a second opinion, and I am so glad that I trusted my gut and did so. He not only beat the competitor's price by half, but he was quick to come to my home for professional measurement, installation, and followed up to ensure we were happy with everything. I would absolutely recommend working with Kass.

I received a quote comparable to several others I'd gotten, but this timeframe was much sooner than the others and that tipped the balance. The blinds arrived even sooner than they'd promised and we made an appointment to install them. The arrived right on time and the installation, which included removing previous hardware, was done quickly and efficiently. I was given instructions on how to care for them, they cleaned everything up meticulously, and even repaired another set of blinds for me, no charge. I would definitely use Covering Windows again and have no reservations in recommending them to others! Five stars for sure!!

Absolutely a great experience. Right in the convenience of my home we picked out the shades and decided on the type. We purchased light filtering for the dining room and hall. For two bedrooms we decided on room darkening. We also chose the rechargeable battery units. Just plug in the long USB cable and unit is fully charged. This is the second and third unit and my experience from the first one is that the charges lasts 6 months, but I honestly don’t know since it never died on me. The remote control is small and can be wall mounted and very easy to use. Installation was amazing quick. I was pleased from start to finish. This is the second time they have installed blinds or shades and I would highly recommend them.

Kass himself walked me through options and ideas efficiently and was pretty close to his estimated timeline for install (once vendor cut blinds and delivered to him, he was here next day to install). He and Carlos were in and out in 45 minutes for 15 windows and they look stellar. Measurements are near perfect! Kass was also quick to reply each time I called or emailed. The only recommendation to take this from a 5/5 star experience to a 6/5 star experience would be if Kass was slightly more proactive in his response times. He estimated 10 days to hear from his Vendor, I followed up on the 12th day, and he was quick to respond then schedule the install. We didn't want to go with cellular as it wouldn't really fit the mid-century modern look, and wanted something a little unique. Kass and Covering Windows ended up providing us the best quote, the best timeline, and the best communication. Others were telling us we couldn't get the shades we wanted in less than 6 weeks, and he got them in just 3 weeks over the holidays!! Not only that, after he briefly misquoted me, he quickly followed up to correct and covered the difference himself. Truly above and beyond service. Installation was also quick, and everything is working and looking great a few weeks later. Looking forward to working with him again soon.
