What is SmartPrivacy™? How is it different from standard routeless?
SmartPrivacy™ is a new privacy system that provides tighter blind closure and optimum blockage of incoming light. Compared to standard routeless, SmartPrivacy™ prevents blind slats from sliding out.
Can I order blinds with regular route holes in the Performance™ program?
Unfortunately, Performance™ blinds are not available with regular route holes.
How do you choose between 2″ and 2 ½” blinds?
Choosing between slat sizes is a matter of taste. If you would like to create a high-end, shutter look however, a 2 ½” slat size is the way to go.
Can you use Performance™ blinds in high heat or moisture areas?
Absolutely. Performance™ blinds are water resistant and fire retardant. They can also deflect heat up to 135℉, making them ideal for high heat areas such as deserts.
When the cord release device breaks open, can you easily put it back together?
Putting the cord release device back together is a simple matter of snapping the two pieces on. This ensures hassle-free operation.
