Kass was a real pleasure to deal with.  He was honest, helpful and skilled.  He has stylish taste and recommended, not only beautiful material for my windows, but an interesting treatment as well. Found and decided on Kass after discussing with three total vendors and seeing Kass's team's great reviews. He and his team deserve the 5 stars. Kass himself walked me through options and ideas efficiently and was pretty close to his estimated timeline for install (once vendor cut blinds and delivered to him, he was here next day to install). He and Carlos were in and out in 45 minutes for 15 windows and they look stellar. Measurements are near perfect! Kass was also quick to reply each time I called or emailed. The only recommendation to take this from a 5/5 star experience to a 6/5 star experience would be if Kass was slightly more proactive in his response times. He estimated 10 days to hear from his Vendor, I followed up on the 12th day, and he was quick to respond then schedule the install. Kass is wonderful. He installed 11 indoor shutters and an automatic blind for our glass door. The products are wonderful and so is Kass. He is honest, on time, and professional. I had great experience with Covering Windows who just installed 3 sets of plantation shutters. Easy scheduling, no pressure quotes, great pricing, quick installation and to top it all - work was actually done in 8 weeks instead of 12 weeks stated in the contract. Kass and his crew are nothing short of amazing when it comes to window treatments. We used his services in 2019 when we built our home and still today when we have issues with anything pertaining to our shutters, Kass takes immediate action to remedy it. That is fantastic customer service. Kass and his service is the only service I would recommend when it comes to window treatments. About 5 years ago I moved into a new home.  Had tons of windows on three floors.  I was overwhelmed.  Kass of covering windows guided me through the whole process.  Shades were all installed on time by move in date.  One was delayed and he brought a temporary shade to use until the new one came in Fast forward 5 years and 2 of them broke ( so I thought).  I called Kass.  He ordered the parts he thought would be needed and came over to repair them.  I felt so embarrassed when he pointed out it was a simple loose screw. I shopped around with ~6 different companies for roller shades for our new house. We didn't want to go with cellular as it wouldn't really fit the mid-century modern look, and wanted something a little unique. Kass and Covering Windows ended up providing us the best quote, the best timeline, and the best communication. Others were telling us we couldn't get the shades we wanted in less than 6 weeks, and he got them in just 3 weeks over the holidays!! Not only that, after he briefly misquoted me, he quickly followed up to correct and covered the difference himself. Truly above and beyond service. Installation was also quick, and everything is working and looking great a few weeks later. Looking forward to working with him again soon.
